Are you interested in playing baseball or softball this summer? Are you 3 – 15 years of age? The Avilla Baseball/Softball Association will be having its annual sign up in February and they are looking for players like you! All forms are also available online at www.avillaball.com
REQUIREMENTS ARE:
1. Baseball Form or Softball Form
3. Copy of Birth Certificate
4. Payment
You need all 3 forms along with payment in order to complete your sign-up.

LAST SIGN-UP DATE FOR ALL TRAVEL TEAMS IS SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 21ST. (ONLY Rag Ball and T-Ball will be able to sign up until March 15th)
