REQUIREMENTS ARE:
1. Baseball Form or Softball Form
3. Copy of Birth Certificate
4. Payment
You need all 3 forms along with payment in order to complete your sign-up.
BASEBALL FORMS (8U, 10U, 12U, 14U)
SOFTBALL FORMS (8U, 10U, 12U, 14U)
RAG BALL/T-BALL FORMS (3, 4, 5 & 6 year olds)
SIGN-UP DATES ARE:
Tuesday, February 9th 6 - 8 pm - Canceled (snow)
Thursday, February 18th from 6 - 8 pm
Sunday, February 21st from 11:00 to 12:30 pm.

REMINDER TO ALL PARENTS AND COACHES:
We need to remember we are here for the KIDS and teaching them the game and GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP. We need to work hard on the SPORTSMANSHIP and the BASICS.
If any child needs a mitt please let a board member know or look at the lost and found box in the top concession stand.
If anyone needs a left handed mitt please let me know. I have one parent that has a t-ball or rag ball mitt that is left handed, I also have a parent that has a softball mitt that is left handed.
